This book is perfect for any girls and boys that are becoming a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. It will teach you some ways to get over stage fright, if you're a bit nervous about that. I had my Bat Mitzvah this year, and I didn't know how nervous I would be. It was amazing in the end! Great book for anyone, to be honest. Stay Safe!
