This is a very enjoyable book! The pictures give you lots of information, which I appreaciated, and the author did a good job of showing the character 's emotions, ( especially Dounna' s the grandmother who tells the story. I would recommend this book to people who like sad and humor, realistic fiction, and people who read and enjoyed 37 Days At Sea -Cora, National Advisory Committee

I loved this book. It is a great book for kids that lost their parents to know that their not alone. Check out this book.

It was a good book. I enjoyed it.

It was the best! My mom told me about the holocaust, but this was amazing. The details, "the second time I heard my dad lie." Its cute adorable and heart touching.

Such a good book i deffinetly recomend it!
