I think that this is a fantastic book in which there are two people, who think they have nothing in common but become friends anyway. This book explores themes of friendship, and the fact that everyone deserves a second chance. In the book, Jillian doesn’t want to cook, because her mom dies and her mom used to cook with her. Jack loves to cook, and uses all the newest tools. When they meet, they end up getting paired up in a cooking contest, run by Jacks favorite chef. Will they win? Will they become friends? This is such an amazing, inspiring story, full of unexpected twists and turns and a constant battle of friends, family, and dreams. Definitely recomend.
