I guess you could say (cringe warning) It was magically Imperfect!
Idk. I did not really like that it was in short paragraphs. It was ok.
Etan is your normal type of kid except for one thing, ever since his mom 👩🏼 went to a hospital 🏥 he won't speak to anyone. Then one day he meets a girl 👧 named Malia. Everyone at school 🏫 calls Malia "The Monster " because of her skin. This friendship will help both their hearts heal. It is written in verse and will have you reading 📚 in anticipation until the end.
It was the best book ever. I loved how Etan and Malia help each other.
This book is so sweet in the sense that these are 2 "not normal" kids who get bullied and shamed for how they look/act but then they find each other and create this bond that's unlike any other because of what they have in common. I would totally recommend this for anyone like, 9/10+!
