I did not get the overall point, but I knew it was something to do with a good friendship between friends in a difficult time. That is why I think that it is a good book.

I loved that the book had friendship in it.

I loved how the two boys helped each other during the war.

I am really feeling the vibe of the book. I really liked the bond the two boys had even thought they had different religions. Wasn't the best but still good!
