I loved this book, and have read it twice so far.

I thought that the book was pretty good, but I thought that it would have better ending; it left me on a cliffhanger wondering what was next.

thet book is a great book about a girl who had a best friend dorit but they had a fight and she meet Vicky and now dorit starts to be friends with her again recommend u to try it

It was okay but it has a bit to much friend drama . Melanie has to chose between friends and her mother is always worrying . Melanie also really wants to be part of the shimmers . I would lend this book to someone who likes drama and 1970's fiction.
