Loved the book

Autumn is in grade six starting middle school. She, her little sister Pickle, and her mom live above the vet her mom runs. Autumn helps Pickle face her fears with a superhero cape and special jar, but she has her own. Her dad is far away in the peace corps, her best friend moved and she feels awkward keeping her identity as the secret advice giver from her new friends. A great book that is relatable to starting at a new school and social awkwardness. There are whooppie pies in this book!

This is a really good book. I like it because Melanie's best friend moves away and her is dad away. She is picked to be the voice of Dear Student. but her two new friends are on opposite sides of a argument she is stuck. To find out what she will do read Dear Student.

If you love animals and cliff hangers this is a great book for you.I liked it alot and gave it a 3 because I felt like it was saying less of "be your own person" and more of do what your friends want.But over all its a good book and I recomend it.

Dear student is out about a girl who really wants to make a difference and her dad’s way in the peace corps like 1,000,000 Miles away from her temporary house above Hillview vet. She has a lot of adventures in this book and I really recommend it to you. It was one of the best books I’ve read.
