This book is about Mia, a girl both Native American and Jewish and how she does not want to be with her orthodox mother and her Jewish husband especially when kids at school aren’t kind and even the principal says unkind things about native Americans. So Mia decides after her bat mitzvah that she will lie to her mother and go visit her biological father who is Muskogee tribe. I love this book 📚 because it demonstrates feelings really well

This was so good. I love that it was a graphic novel.

The book was pretty good. I liked the story, but the artwork was just not my style but overall, it was a pretty good book. I’d recommend it.

No one really understands the main character and some people even make fun of her. She stands up for her self even to adults. Her parents had a divorce and she does not get to see her dad but she does something crazy to see her dad. It is amazing and I love graphic novels.
