I love love love love love love love love love love love love love love the book. It was amazing. I happened to have done a speech on why TV and video games are bad for you. I did the speech in school for my persuasive speech. I feel like the book really supports some of my reasons stated in the speech I wrote. My reasons were that TV and video games are addictive, bad for your health and distract people from doing important things. I really think Karma Cooper is the perfect example of someone who is on the phone way too much. I think it is a good example for kids like me to know what some of the not so great things that can happen when you are on the TV, playing video games or on a screen of any kind.
The middle was annoying. but I loved the ending. (a character sprains her ankle! I felt like I shood note)
This book wasn't bad. It wasn't great, either, but it was a fine read. It follows 7th grade Karma Cooper as she navigates being the popular kid... but without her precious phone, Floyd.
This book was really good! I would recommend it!
I enjoyed it. The middle wasn't the best but the ending is awesome and really sweet. i would give it a 4.5 for stars but that's not a option so I chose 4. Also a little past half way there's a really big plot twist . . .
