I like how the character, Katie, balances twin baby brothers, a dead father, and overall, a very unique life in this heartwarming, inspiring book.

I loved this book! Its so cute and funny. (:

You can learn all about 12 year old Katie’s life. Through her little green notebook. She talks about how her stepdad Sam’s restaurant is not going well and the family is worried. Her cute but annoying twin baby brothers. Her BFF being so far away for the summer. Cute boys a school dance. Starting fifth grade. And an annoying boy named Matthew who has a crush on her and calls her everyday even though she hates him. And tutoring someone who does not like it. Hectic year read more to find out about Katie.

This was a great book. I definitely recommend this book for girls around the ages of 8, 9, and 10.
