Joseph the main character agrees to join the track team but “knows” we won’t be good when his new friend Heather encourages him with his resource teacher Mrs T or coach T on the track he finds out that running is ok but u have to read this book!

This book is about a kid named Joseph who worries and gets bullied a lot. Then his teacher Mrs. T has him join the track team. I’d say more, but I don’t want to spoil it! The only thing more I’ll say is READ THIS BOOK!🙃

OMG! This book is so amazing I read 5 times cover to cover. Sidetrack really shows the importance of friendship and standing up for yourself all while giving you a play by play of the races! Also Heber is amazing.
