I liked the book mostly, but it was boring at parts. I like the takeout chapter.

It was really good! I read the sequel which was just as good and tried the yummy recipes in the back of the book! I highly recommend this book.

Great book. Has a good plot, relatable characters, and fun elements. If you like food or baking, this is a must. I VERY highly recommend.

I think I could relate to the main character a lot. I always wonder if my parents will move us from our city to a suburb or rural area. I really liked the way the author fit all three kids's views of the move into the story. I also really liked the takes on friendships breaking, friendships staying and friendships growing. I can't wait to buy the next book in the series, The Doughnut King.
