This book really made me think about the importance of family. It was really entertaining; I couldn’t put it down! I’m really glad I read it, it made me think about how difficult life was for them, and how brave they were.

This book is one of the best books I have ever read, there is a hint of mystery and humor all mixed up with jewish habits.

I think it was cool that this story was told in two different stories, from the diary (Anna's perspective) and from Imani's perspective. I want to take a DNA test, too. You should read this book.
