When I first chose this book I was excited by the reviews. I have read stories about Chelm before and they were always laugh-out-loud funny. When I read it I liked it,but the stories were not that funny and didn't sound very Chelm-like. There were some that did not sound at all as if they took place in a village of fools! However, it is a good read. I would suggest getting it if you had never read one of these folk tales before.

I love it! The stories are the best! I would recommend this book for kids who like interesting stories (of course everyone likes interesting stories!)

I read this book and couldn't put it down. It was funny, smart just plain good. The author is one of the best short story writers I've ever read. I highly recommend it.

Zlateh the goat was the best. I didn't get this book from P.J. Our way but I still thought it was great. It was so funny i'd really get it if I were you.
