It was a great book. I would recommend it. It is adventurous and mysterious. It is about a boy named Ted Gerson and his friend Caleb. After Ted's Great Uncle dies, he gets all the so called treasure in his overstuffed junk shop of an apartment. While he tries to find treasure with his friend, a girl named Isabel joins them. That night Ted found a game with his name on it called the game of ted 1.0. It is an escape game! His favorite! But he soon realizes that it is his great uncle's apartment. When he tries it for real it turns out his great uncle set up the place like a real escape the room game. As the games continue to help, someone dangerous is hot on there heals and Ted must face his most challenging game yet. I loved it.

It was a really good book, and it was constantly suspenseful and had lots of cliffhangers. I couldn't stop reading.

I would totally reccomend this book. It is a mystery book, about Ted's Grampa's treasure that Ted has to find through a lot of escape room video games. It is very fascinating, and I have read it multiple times!
