This is a very enticing book, and a good follow-up to When Life Gives You O.J. The storyline is well-written, but the characters' emotions are very jumpy and unpredictable. Ace (the dog) is too wild to be an acceptable choice for a child's first pup, though, as his destructive abilities make it seem like he is more than one dog. At one point in the story, Ace (the dog) defecates on an entire room and destroys half of the Fried's house, yet he still passes obedience school, and even learns to do a few tricks. Ace also eats an entire bowl of milk chocolates, and survives, which is probably the most significant and emotional moments in the story. All in all, a good book, but with the characters' feeling and actions changing drastically throughout the story.
i love this book
Very good book. Realistic and very interesting.
I thought this would be a good book but it was kinda a boring book instead, so I didn't like this book that much because I like action books and THIS IS TOTALLY NOT AN ACTION BOOK!!!!! my advice to the "boring book lovers" is: READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
