From Isaac in MA Quake is about a young Jewish boy named Jacob who is caught right in the middle of the San Francisco earthquake of 1906 and makes some unexpected friends. All of this was caused by taking in a stray dog the day before the earthquake and this dog helps Jacob make those friends. Jacob’s escapades around the city include: getting food, searching for survivors, and above all looking for his family. I recommend this book to people who are looking to try new things out.
