Always Anthony, Amazing Book!!!

Review by Sam

Always Anthony is told in two different perspectives: Anthony’s and Leah’s. Leah must tutor Anthony after he gets a bad grade. They are walking down the hallway when they see two of Anthony’s teammates pushing another kid around. This bothers Leah for a long time, and she wonders if they should report it to the principal. Anthony, though, thinks the opposite. He doesn’t want the bullies to bully him. I love all the detail in this book, and I love the way that the story is told. If you like graphic novels, you’ll probably love this book. Read Always Anthony!

Always Anthony

Review by COOKIE15

I really liked this book, I read it over the summer and I love how two people who are completely different from each other are able to be friends. At first, Leah was nervous to be tutoring a popular jock but they realized that they had some stuff in common. I also like the Jewish culture shown in the background, like Shabbat. This is an awesome book and I would recommend this to people who like learning about how two totally different people can be friends.
