Cool learning about what it was like back then. I’m proud to learn it was the Canadians who liberated the Netherlands. It felt like they must have been having a rough time. I was surprised by how courageous people were; and was surprised how awful almost everyone was behaving.

This book was kind of scary it was pretty emotional but it was still good At the end I wondered if it was a real story..... cause it really felt like it.
