I VERY strongly recommend it

Review by

The Hebrew Kid and the Apache Maiden is a book about Ariel, a Jewish kid and Lozen, an Apache maiden. In 1874, Ariel's family is kicked out of their town because they are Jewish. They meet Lozen while traveling in the desert. Over the course of the book, they meet more famous figures like Doc Holliday and Geronimo. Ariel is almost 13, so he is about to celebrate his bar mitzvah. But where are you supposed to find a minyan in the middle of the desert? This is the kind of book which, when started, leads your mind into a trap. It is so compelling that you feel that you cannot stop reading it until you finish the last word. I VERY strongly recommend it. I give this book five stars!
